The deadline for the Summer 2008
contest:
entries must be postmarked by August
14, 2008.
The deadline for the Fall 2008
contest:
entries must be postmarked by December
11, 2008.
The deadline for the Spring 2009 contest: entries must be postmarked by April 14, 2009

poets must be in grades K-12. (You will compete against
poets in your own grade division. Your poem will be entered into the
grade division you list on the entry form)

Only one entry per poet for the contest. Submitting more than one entry
may disqualify you from the competition.

All poems are limited to 21 lines of text.

Poem must be the original work of the poet.
Please read before entering your poem. All
entries must be the original creation of the submitting poet.

2. Poet's Grade
3. School Name (Home Schools can put
their last name and home school i.e. Jones Home School)
4. School Mailing Address, City,
Province
and Postal Code
5. Home Mailing Address, City State
and Zip Code (Optional but are helpful in tracking down the
winners.)
6. Teacher's Name
7. Title of Poem
8. Poem - Any Topic or Style
- Poem
must be no longer than 21 lines of text.
- Please
do not type in all capital letters.
