Young Poets Speak

Within
the mission statement of Creative Communication is the goal of
promoting Language Arts to our youth. Whereas we hope the over $70,000
we award nationwide to schools and poets for each contest makes a
difference, we want to reach out and individually help the teachers in
our schools. In working toward this goal, we produce a bi-annual
newsletter called Poetic Power! It is packed with ideas that can make a
difference in your classroom...and best of all it is free. To subscribe
you need to send us your information at www.poeticpower.com/PPower.htm.
As an instructor who uses poetry in the classroom, think how valuable
it would be to have the best ideas that other teachers from around the
country are using in their classrooms.
We would like to invite you to share some of your insights and ideas on
how to promote poetry in the classroom. If your idea is selected to be
included in Poetic Power, you will have the satisfaction of knowing
that your ideas are helping young poets across the United Sates.
To submit an idea please complete the form below and click the SUBMIT
button.
