About Us

Creative Communication is devoted to the promotion of writing, teaching and appreciation of student writing. The intent of our student writing contests is to motivate student writers. The top entries are published in an anthology that will record the creative insights of today's student writers.

WE LOVE EDUCATION

For over 20 years, Creative Communication has helped to inspire and encourage student writers with our national writing contests. Our company founders come from a family of artists and educators. We believe that school writing programs are the largest motivator for young writers and that our contests and publications enhance your writing program curriculum. Unlike a yearbook, our book showcases student achievements and preserves more than just a photograph of classmates. Our philosophy in judging entries is to be selective so that it is an honor to be published, but not so exclusive that it is discouraging to enter the contest.

WE SUPPORT EDUCATION

Our Classroom Rewards program helps fund classroom supplies for teachers across the United States and Canada. Teachers can also use their rewards points for additional free copies of our anthology. As always, any teacher with five or more students published receive a free copy of the anthology that features their student writers.

WE BENEFIT STUDENTS

Being published in our anthology looks great on college applications. Top Ten Winners are selected for each contest and receive a free copy of the anthology, a $25 award, and special recognition in the book. There is no requirement for a student to purchase an anthology; however, if a student wishes to purchase one, it is made available at an affordable price.
