money at Sparta High School funds multi-cultural festival
Thank you for giving
our school one of the poetry grants. We were able to purchase
multi-cultural poetry books for our multi-cultural festival. Some
of the titles are “Wachale: Poetry and Prose About Growing Up Latino in
America”, “19 Varieties of Gazelle: Poems of the Middle East”, and
“Quiet Storm: Voices of Young Black Poets”. Thanks again – the
festival was wonderful!
