Everyone says that
Middle school is tough.
The thing is,
I believe them.
This year has been kinda rough.

The year started out great.
Everything was fine.
Then things took a turn
My 'good' year
Was redefined.

My friends started fighting,
My lunch table changed,
My grades started slipping,
My thoughts were rearranged.

I wish things would go back
To the way they used to be,
Back in 6th grade,
When everyone could agree.
